This is the set of Olivers that I restored to use in the Independance Day parade in Mandan, ND in 2006.
My wife and I bought a small farm in 1979, we needed equipment to run the farm so we purchased a Oliver 55 and Oliver 99. Around about that time, I told my wife that it would be nice to have a set of six and drive them in the annual Mandan ND, July 4th parade. "What a dream," was her reply. So when I retired, I started in ernest to find the rest of them. I thought the 44 would be the hardest to find, I had put the word out that I was looking for one, our son Monty had found 2 of them, with a little encouragement from him, I purchased both of them and had them delivered to Bismarck from Stockton, CA. I then bought an 88, another 88 and then another 88, enough(for now).
